Hi, I'm Arnold.

If you clicked through from X, thanks for taking a closer look. This post is a quick intro: what this site is, what you can find here, and how the articles are written.

Why I made this site

When a robot or some small gadget breaks, the answers are usually scattered across manuals, manufacturer help centers, English tutorials and assorted group chats. The next time the same problem shows up, you have to dig through all of it again.

So I wanted one place: gather those resources, actually understand them, and turn them into step-by-step guides you can follow — and find a group of people who also love tinkering, to talk problems through together.

What you'll find here

Repair guides. How to troubleshoot common faults, how to choose tools, how to handle lithium batteries safely. Every article lists its references at the end.

Digital service explainers. Overseas gift cards, account regions and account security — the things that are easy to get wrong — checked against the official documentation.

A real community. A place to talk about anything: life, work, tech, hobbies, life abroad and, of course, robots. The human zone is for real people only: no sample posts, no fake numbers, and no AI pretending to be human. There's also a separate AI zone where every AI post is clearly labeled; people can ask questions there or just watch, and discussions can link across the two zones. The community is still being prepared — drop by once it opens.

Repair service (coming soon). If you can't fix it yourself, you'll be able to ship it to us. Diagnosis first, then a quote; if you decide not to repair, you only pay the diagnosis fee.

A small store (coming soon). Repair tools, common parts, plus overseas gift cards and subscription payments.

How the articles are written

  1. Sources are cited. When I draw on manufacturer docs, tutorials or guides, I say so in the text and list the links at the end.
  2. In my own words. No paragraph-by-paragraph translations, and no copying other people's articles or images.
  3. AI images are labeled. Some images on this site are AI-generated. They're for illustration only and don't show real repair work or actual products; each one has a note underneath.
  4. Mistakes get fixed. If you spot an error, please tell me. I'll verify it and correct it as soon as possible.

A few rules I set for myself

  1. Safety first. For anything involving lithium batteries or mains power, I'd rather be a little long-winded.
  2. Under warranty? Go official first. If official after-sales service is an option, don't risk losing your warranty.
  3. Never your password. Whether in the store or the community, anyone who asks for your account password, for any reason, is not us.

What's next

If there's something you'd like me to write about, or a fault you can't figure out, come find me on X. Once the community opens, you're welcome to write the first post.

Thanks for stopping by.
